Does anyone use this product with the Surface Pro 7? Support said it wouldn't work because of Thunderbolt. However, I find other opinions on the net. Does anyone here have experience?

USB-C docking stations can be operated on devices with Thunderbolt. Unfortunately not the other way round. The Surface Pro 7 has a USB-C port. This means that only USB-C docking stations are compatible and not Thunderbolt.
