No, there are only 2 PCIe cables included with the power supply.
In any case, I wouldn't buy an 850W power supply for over 130€.
I recommend the Enermax Revolution D.F. 12 850W ATX 3.1
There are definitely 3 PCIe cables included and the Enermax is also nice and small
