Does it come with an adapter for charging? Because I only have an adapter for the old charging cable with usb connection...

There is no adapter included, but there is a charging cable. This measures around one metre and is snow-white. At one end is an Apple plug that is plugged into the charging cradle. The other end consists of a square USB-A plug, which almost every charger accepts.

If you were hoping that Apple would include a USB-C adapter, I'm sorry to disappoint you... Apple prefers to sell these adapters as an add-on product at pharmacy prices...
