Does the controller have Hall effect sensors?

The Ultimate Bluetooth controller is the only 8BitDo controller with Hall-effect analogue sticks at the moment, unless I'm mistaken. I'm very happy with this controller.

As far as I know, yes. The joysticks also feel much better than any other xbox controller. The buttons in general are all extremely much better. At this price, I don't understand how the xbox elite 2 can be three times as expensive.
