Does the mainboard already have the latest version for the R7 5800x? So that I can install the CPU and the PC also staret😅 (building a new PC).

In my case, BIOS F10 was installed and this supports this CPU. It is also possible to change the BIOS without the CPU: "Q-Flash Plus Update BIOS without Installing the CPU, Memory and Graphics Card".
