Does the ryzen 5 5600x cpu work on this board without a BIOS update. Or do you have to do a BIOS update for every mainboard before you can use the new CPU?

The processor runs perfectly on this board, but you can be unlucky if there is no current bios on it.
But if a colleague is there who has a somewhat older processor, you can get it very quickly in succession. Unfortunately, the bios flashback method does not seem to exist on this board (flashing without CPU).

I bought the same cpu and it didn't work for me. I will update the bios with a 3100 cpu and could tell you if that worked. Can also give you the 3100 cpu for cheap if you want. Write me back if you still need help and i will also tell you if the 5600x works on the board after i updated the bios.
