Does this article also include a licence key for the "SoftRAID XT" software? As far as I know, the OWC Thunderbay products are available with and without software...

I'll answer the question directly myself as I have now bought the Thunderbay 4 enclosure. The licence code for the "SoftRAID XT" software is on the underside of the enclosure and is therefore included with this item.
