Does this drive fit the WD My Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS? Does it matter which buffer size I use, or which is more suitable for my device?

The drive fits into the MyCloud Ex2, the buffer size is a generous 256 MB. The drive is very quiet, only the fan of the WD MyCloud is actually loud.
