Does this item allow me to control the fan speed while keeping the RGB settings from the motherboard? Is there a connector to receive and transmit the RGB profile (I am using a Maximus X Hero motherboard). Thank you.

I don't remember this detail. I can only say that it works perfectly for PWM, and that the box is correctly supplied with accessories. I think I saw a cable for RGB in there too but that's pretty far back in my memory and I've since sold the PC.
