Just tested it. I couldn't find this feature on the handset (by the way, is it on another number or another handset that you want to forward?). Perhaps it is a feature related to the base station used (in my case the very very limited router from Salt).

If you want to forward calls to a mobile number you have the possibility to do so with a code from your operator (check this with your operator). So yes, this phone does have this feature.
