Depends on the rest of your System (CPU, HDD, Fans). I would recommend a 1000W. Asus is expensive. I would recommend this one: be quiet! Straight Power 11 (1000W)

Should not be a problem. Have just one 2080Ti, but power consumption of the system normally doesn’t exceed 370W. SLI should be 650W max.
