Does this projector have the software-side keystone corrections (both horizontal and vertical) in addition to lens shift?

Yes, it also has keystone correction. Ideally, you should set it up so that it is not necessary, as this correction requires computing power and the resolution suffers a little. But that's the case with every projector. This projector is a very good choice.
