Good day, how can I supply power to the laptop with the Dock Station? According to the description it works up to 100 W, my notebook (HP ZBook 15 G6) has 45 W. I have connected a USB-C power cable to the power and then plugged it into the docking station at the USB-C plug with the cable symbol, but no power on the laptop. Can anyone help me?

Hello Ninjacoon,
I have also been using the Acer 12in1 Type C dongle sr| HP.DSCAB.009 (USB C) with an HP notebook for a few weeks. The part does (for me) what it is supposed to do. I simply connected the laptop's USB C power supply to the Acer USB C 12in1 hub and then connected it to the laptop's USB C port (previously used for the power supply). You can't really do anything wrong. Maybe try it on another laptop and see if it works better there... Good luck!

Did you make sure that you plugged the cable into the USB C hub with the electricity sign ⚡️ on the laptop? Or is it possible that your laptop does not have one? USB C is not just USB C.
