Good day The eraser on my pen no longer works. When I press the bottom button to erase, no new line is drawn, but existing lines are not erased either. I have already re-paired the pen and it didn't help. Is this a known problem? Is there a simple solution?

I also had this problem (in OneNote). Restarting the device solved the problem for me, perhaps this could also help you.

Yes, I also have this problem, first I had the G2 and now the G3 (I did not change because of this problem) and the problem occurs with both. I have now also assigned the eraser function to the upper button and if the lower button does not work, I use the upper button. The top one always works for me to erase.
