Good day With the release of the Ryzen 5x00 this CPU should drop in price, currently I have the 2700x for gaming. Is it worth upgrading to the 3700x? The resolution I'm aiming for is smooth gaming with max details at 1440p. A new AMD graphics card will be added when it is released and available. Kind regards Cili

It depends on which games you play. For some there is no difference, others have up to 20% more FPS (in 1080p).
