Good evening does anyone know why my 13" MacBook Pro from this year does not charge with this powerbank but shows the adapter logo and then it disappears again but then comes back? The 13" Mac Book Pro comes with a 61W charger but won't charge with this powerbank but I don't understand why. Do any of you have any idea?

Can your laptop be charged with USB-C? Are you using a USB-C Power Delivery cable? Only this cable is able to provide the minumum watt your device needs to be charged. Are you still finding difficulties to charge your laptop? Please contact our customer support.

Unfortunately, I have the same problem. Macbook Pro 13" 2016, Macbook Pro 13" 2018 and Macbook Pro 15" 2018 work. Macbook Pro 13" 2020 does not work.
