Good evening, I'm having a little problem printing with my phone. As soon as I try to print, the following message appears: No media in the printer. Thank you in advance for your reply. Steve

It's only happened to me once. You have to remove the roller at the back and put it right back on. The printer updates itself. No need to switch off or anything. My printer works very well. I'm very happy with it.
