Good morning I bought the Xtorm XB3 with 60 watt output, on the MacBook Pro 16 this port no longer works (worked for a week). It charges, the charge is interrupted and it charges again. Does anyone know anything about this? Merci

Hello, is there a solution in the meantime? I also bought a powerbank like this and the new Macbook 16 won't charge either. But otherwise the powerbank charges.
Hello,
Could you connect another device to the powerbank, will it work as it should?
If not, we will be happy to look together at how we can solve it for you.
Many greetings,
Xtorm team

Note that the 16" MacBook should actually be used with a 96W power supply. The power bank, on the other hand, delivers a maximum of 60W. You can charge your 16-inch MacBook with a 60W power supply, but not with a power bank. With your described behaviour of the powerbank, I assume a voltage problem - since the battery of the MacBook has a similar, if not higher capacity and voltage as the powerbank.
