Works perfectly with the two-pin plug.
PS. It has an unusual addition for the flat, older sockets (without the recess) so that it does not wobble there. You can take off the addition (prise it open with a knife).

The device is called Fritz!Repeater 2400 without DE and also without CH/INT. The device and the manual only say Fritz!Repeater 2400.
