Hello @Pitch1337 Sorry for the inconvenience! Unfortunately, AMD kept pushing back our delivery date and we hope to receive the CPUs this week. However, I do have some good news, our first shipment will be large enough that each pre-orderer will receive a processor as soon as they arrive!

It was already like this with the 7950X3D... You can't make it up

I received my order confirmation for the 7800X3D last Thursday, 6.4.23, at 15:04.
My order now says "delivery tomorrow", let's see if this is true. Would be great as it is the last piece of the puzzle for my new gaming PC.
In Germany at Mindfactory the processor is available and they have already sold well over 1000 of them.
The Swiss market has probably only received a fraction. At toppreise you see the same problem with all the other Swiss shops. They are probably all still with the main importer and were distributed yesterday / today.

The processor was put up for pre-order on Monday without any notification.
Since I've been waiting for the 7950X3D for almost two months and the delivery date is getting further and further away, I wanted to know if it was possible to switch to the 7800X3D. When I asked the customer service, they said that this was not possible - what a surprise. When I asked the customer service more closely, I found out that there are already 200 pre-orders for the 7800X3D. It is simply impossible to deliver this amount - so once again everyone is left out in the cold.
I suspect that the delivery will also not happen until the end of the month. Since the delivery date for the 7950X3D also falls on 29.04. according to Digitec. A pure paper launch, as always in the last three years.
