Good evening I have purchased the device new and have the problem that I cannot connect to the internet. - The Wi-Fi works, I can access the settings of the router. - The mobile data connection (Salt 4G and 5G) works. - Sim Pin has been recognised - All 3 LEDs light up green Do you have any ideas what else I could try? Thanks a lot

Hi
- Do you see anywhere whether the device has received a WAN IP address? (Number format xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - not something like 192.168.x.x and not 10.0.0.0 and not 172.16.0.0) ?
- can you ping 8.8.8.8 with a connected PC/MAc ? do you get an answer ? (how to ping: https://www.google.com/search) ;)
- DNS server: Have you entered one in your network settings (WLAN card) ? public DNS servers are necessary... (e.g. 9.9.9.9)
- Have you activated the card (the SIM card) or had it activated?
