I have this and similar problems now after 5 months of (not daily) use. Started with reduced speed when streaming from home network and now increasingly loss of wifi connection. I assume the WLAN card is broken.

Brand new now also problems with the Bluetooth remote control (despite battery change)

Hope for device replacement under warranty.
