Does anyone have the opportunity for a comparison between the Logitech G29 and the Trustmaster T500RS? Is it worth buying the G29 if you have the T500RS? Because of the lack of buttons for PS4.

Hello Erwin.
I can only give my experience regarding the G29.
I think this can also help with a purchase decision.

I have been using the G29 on my PC for a good 2 months. The workmanship is of high quality and gives the impression that it is designed for longer use. The choice of metal and imitation leather was certainly the right one. The pedals are also robust and adhere well to the floor. What

is recommended is a non-slip chair, because depending on the sensitivity setting in the game, you like to put more pressure on the pedals and, as in my case in an office chair, push myself backwards. The force feedback is pleasant, adjustable in most racing games, so everything on the table doesn't start dancing like it did with me, two quite powerful motors in the steering wheel. You get a good driving feel over and feel what the car is doing.
Let's move on to software:
Logitech makes great products (I've had a headset from them for years) but there's a huge gap in software programming!
The gaming software allows you to create your own profile for each game and thus select the button assignment yourself, so far so good. In practice, this means that when you start a game and want to interact with the steering wheel, you first have to change the profile in Logitech's Gaming Center to the game you want to play, otherwise you can't use the steering wheel in the game. Furthermore, the software has problems when several Logitech devices are connected and in operation at the same time. In my case, the G29 mentioned here and the G930 gaming headset. It can happen that the devices kick each other out and can no longer be used.

Everything is as of 2.12.2015, newer updates can fix problems or cause new ones.
