Have any of you ever had to replace the power supply unit? Unfortunately, after 26 months, the power adapter has gone. A different USB power supply with 2A allows the device to start, but the camera is not activated according to the error message from the app. Probably a "feature" of Netatmo so that only their own power supply is used. Where can I get one of these?

Helpful answer

I have tried to operate the Netatmo Welcome smart home camera from a different power source. Unfortunately, the app shows the error you described.
Now I am operating the camera again with the original power supply.
I would write to Netatmo directly for the spare part.
