Hello All, Can I use this cable plus a data migration software to pas all data +OS to a new SSD? or have you a set cable+SSD+Software Regards

So... a data migration on the part of MacOS is generally always possible!

Much more important is what you connect... since you only have a USB 3 port, SSDs are usually uncomplicated since they don't need any additional power...

If you have older hard drives, use an adapter with an external power supply.
