Question about ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus
Hello all What is the current status regarding BIOS update ? Will a Ryzen 9 3900X run on this board without a BIOS update? The other question is if a BIOS update fails or affects the board, what about the warranty? Can I send the board back to Digitec without a lot of red tape? Thanks for your answers Greetings JayJay

i received the board on november 30, 2020 and my preinstalled bios was version 1405. so i think you should get at least this version or higher. the r9 3900x is compatible with this version or higher, also read here https://www.asus.com/us... .
i myself had to flash the board (for 5800x) and had absolutely no problems with it. make sure to download the update (that you probably won't need) from the official asus website (see link above) and use a freshly formatted usb stick for it, then it will work. good luck.
