Hello all I have just purchased this product. I have already received a CH cable, Digitec helped me very quickly. Now I can connect my two screens (HDMI & Displayport) and I can charge my laptop with the USB-C cable at the same time. (top) Problems: - Now I can connect the network cable to the docking station, but my laptop cannot find a network connection. - I can't use the on/off button. = I always have to shut down the laptop and then press the power button. - I cannot use the USB ports on the docking station to connect a mouse and keyboard, for example. Can you give me a tip?

Have the drivers for the network connection been installed ? See under Windows in the "Device Manager".
The power button on the docking station is a Dell specific function and only works with Dell notebooks (possibly not with all models). There should be a way to enable/allow the power button in the BIOS.
In general about the problems: Update the firmware for the docking station and update the BIOS of the notebook.
