Hello Community, can someone tell me why the item condition is not mentioned on my invoice or order confirmation? For example, shouldn't it say "item condition NEW"? I'm a bit unsure as I ordered from galaxus for the first time today and have now noticed while browsing that used or refurbished electronics are also offered here. Thanks in advance...

As soon as it is a new item, this is not stated on the purchase receipt. It is only noted as such for resale items.
