Hello Community. I have purchased the QL-820NWBc printer. I am not able to connect the printer via WLAN. I am using an Ubiquiti AP AC Pro as my WLAN AP. In my opinion, it should be compatible. I have tried it via the display, but also via the Brother software. The first time I get it to work with the WLAN connection. After a while or after switching off and on again, it no longer connects. Is there anything special I need to do?

I think the problem is my Ubiquiti AP AC Pro. The controller was unreachable, so I rebooted both the controller and the AP. After that the problem seemed to be solved. Until I could no longer reach the printer after about 15 minutes. I then installed the latest firmware for the AP. The AP then restarted and the printer was accessible again. I hope it stays that way now. Thanks to everyone for the feedback and tips. As a label printer newbie, I am currently working on the address labels.

log in via brwoser & IP address & GUI (default PW on the bottom of the device)
--" Network tab --" Wireless --" Connect wireless (private area) to your WLAN & security codes

As I understand it, only OR (LAN or WLAN) works
Note: To connect to the wireless network, you must activate the wireless interface and remove the Ethernet cable from the device.

Set the network settings (IP, DNS etc.) manually on the device and then connect to the IP via the browser.

Good morning, my QL-820NWBc works in my network with Unifi 6LR without any problems. Unfortunately, I can't really help you with that.
