Question about Sonos Roam 2

Hello Community I've been using a Sonos Roam 2 since the end of November and I've been really impressed so far. The Roam is generally always on the charging station. But today it wouldn't switch on. Despite all my efforts, the orange light (=charging) on the charging station didn't switch on. I connected it to a charger via USB-C. Orange light came on = charging. I was amazed when the orange light went out again after about 5 seconds. I could have sworn that the orange light was on the whole time as long as the battery was not fully charged. After an hour, I unplugged it again, switched it on, put it on the charging station, the orange light (=charging) came on and I listened to music. After about an hour, it switched off and there was no orange light. Dead! Has anyone else experienced this (mis)behaviour?

Yes I had the same problem . It would not start even after hours of charging on the wireless charge station and also with the USB Cable. I ended up sending it back to Digitec and they replaced it with a new one after 2 weeks as it was still in warranty. I've read in some forums that this is fault with Roam 2 models
