Question about noblechairs Hero Tx
Hello dear community, does anyone else's chair make noises with certain movements? I don't know if this is normal...but for 439 CHF I expect a certain quality? Thank you very much for the answer(s).

yes, there is a clicking noise when adjusting the arm, which is to be expected with a mechanism. and also the standard gas spring noise when adjusting the height, which is also to be expected. However, I don't have any squeaking or other noises that don't sound normal.
yes, I also have clicking noises, but they also occur when leaning sideways and even when sitting down or standing up. This is by no means normal. I am also disappointed with the quality as the chair is less than 3 months old.
