Question about Samsung HW-Q950A

Hello dear digitec/galaxus community: I have a question for the professionals. Since a few days I am the proud owner of an 85" Samsung TV (model 2022: QE-85Q80B) and the Samsung Soundbar (model 2021: HW-Q950A). Both components are perfectly matched and should deliver a great sound. And yes, it doesn't sound bad, but I'm not yet full of praise. But I think it's me and not the hardware. The TV and soundbar are connected correctly (via HDMI (expensive cable) and according to the instructions). Unfortunately, the rear speakers are at seat height, which is not ideal. The left one is on the left side in the direction of the seat, the right one on the right side. According to the forums, the mode Adaptive Sound+ should be set, i.e. the sound comes not only from the soundbar, subwoofer and rear speakers, but also from the TV. The sounds should be coordinated with each other. I did a calibration via SmartThings, and placed the subwoofer next to the soundbar instead of on the wall (this is supposed to be better, according to the forums) - membrane to the outside, hole to the back. Nevertheless, the sound is not that great. The voices sound a bit reverberant, the rear speakers hardly sound at all, the 3D effect is not noticeable. What is missing is the volume and the room effect (Dolby Atmos). With my previous soundbar (HW-R650), the sound was no worse. Or should I switch off the sound of the TV and go back to surround? Or have I overlooked something? Thanks in advance for your tips.

Thank you for your feedback. However, Samsung advertises this feature precisely to, quote, "expand the sense of space even more". It's also called Q-Smphony. In other words, the combination of soundbar and TV sound. But it only works with Samsung TVs from model 2021.

The TV sound should not run, but only via the Samsungbar. Connected via the HDMI cable to tb arch sockets.
It sounds great to me.
