Hello Digitec and customers Have now bought 3 such docks and all come from DIGITEC with Germany plug. This is a system error and must be corrected. The DE plug has thicker pins and a different shape and therefore does not go into CH sockets! I have now cut off all the plugs and fitted CH plugs from the DIY store! Please contact DIGITEC again.

Hi Swissleveler,
Normally digitec always includes Swiss cables. If none were included, you can contact customer service and they will send you some free of charge.
