I own a Cooler Master Cosmos C700P PC case cooler, ASUS ROG-STRIS-RTK3080-OC GPU, 12 GB GDDR6. I have to say that the vertical graphics card holder V3 Riser from Cooler Master including PCI slot cover, PCIe 4.0 fits very well and I am satisfied with both the quality and the look of the vertical holder.
