Hello everyone! I bought the powerbank. Sometimes it charges the laptop or mobile without any problems as soon as I plug it in, but sometimes the powerbank draws power from the laptop, which is of course counterproductive (even when it is almost fully charged). I can't change that then. Am I doing something wrong (the instructions are unfortunately not comprehensive) or is this a defect and I should send it back?
