Hello secretshadow
It is mechanical and you cannot change the switches.
Compared to the K 800, which is no longer available, I can say the following:
- the MX is a little bit louder
- the key travel is a little longer
- the required keystroke is a little less
- it feels like an "old" mechanical keyboard, but is much quieter and there is nowhere for anything to get into the keyboard
that could jam the mechanism and is therefore very easy to clean.

After a few days, my customer wanted a modern cheap keyboard again and so the MX is now with me and you could have it. You can find me at aro@hispeed.ch

It is a mechanical keyboard. You could choose 3 different switch types, but the CH version always comes with 'Quiet and tactile'
