Hello, I bought this stand today for my LG oled77G39, did I do the right thing? Is this stand compatible with this TV?

Basically, the LG G series (Gallery Design) is designed for gapless and flat wall mounting. So mounting it directly on the wall would make more sense and definitely looks better. The stand would be too unstable for free-standing in the room (I use this stand with a 65" OLED, but not free-standing).
