Hello, I currently have two challenges to overcome with this part. Maybe someone can help: 1. can I have the mute-off,mute-on without the annoying voice telling me that I am just 'mute'? :) 2. I hear the mute very well. Much better than my wired, 60.- Microsoft headset. Can I optimise this? I know it doesn't have noise cancellation, but more people in an office are of little use to me if the other person doesn't hear anything, but I hear more than I should. Merci for your help.
