Question about Arctic Case Fan Hub

Hello, I have an Akasa hub that I want to replace because the problem is that it has low-quality components and I hear a crackling noise in all the fan motors connected to this hub. Before buying this one, I'd like to know whether it's silent or not. My PC is practically next to me (htpc) and silence is essential.

I have no problems with the hub, I run it with a Bequiet fan.

I forgot to mention that when I connect the fans directly to the motherboard, they're inaudible. But I just don't have enough connectors for all the fans.
