Question about Icy Box IB-DK4040-CPD - USB Type-C mini Dock PD
Hello, I have just received this Docking station. Unfortunately, it is not detected by my computer (Lenovo Yoga bought a month ago). Do you have any idea what I should do... apart from plugging it in and unplugging it 40 times ;) Thanks in advance!
I have a DELL XPS, and the docking doesn't work "on its own", like an adapter, but if the power goes into the docking - via USB C - (and the docking into the computer), it works.
What I mean by "not detected" is that if I connect a device to the docking station and then the docking station to the laptop, the laptop does not detect the device, whereas if I connect it directly to the laptop it works immediately. So the docking station is the problem...
