So unfortunately it is so - I have not found extremely loud, he has "only" annoyed me that with each major application (browser, etc.) the fan runs 100%, then comes very slowly under. I looked into it - the fan was not controlled properly in the BIOS and a BIOS update solved this. I did this update and now it is much better. There is a solution, but I still think the case is too small for a normal cooling system.
