Hello, I have two questions, and hope that someone can answer them. 1 - Is it possible to connect to your Xbox without using the jak and if so, how? 2 - When there is no music or sound, I keep hearing white noise. How can I remove it? Thanks for any future replies.

Hello, what do you mean by "jak"? You can hear the noise when you connect with Bluetooth. You have to switch off the NC to eliminate it. This is how it worked for me.
