Hello, I received the Delock HDMI Audio Extractor 4K 30 Hz today. I have a Samsung TV model UE55U8070FU, I want to connect the headphones with the extractor because this TV does not have a slot for the headphones. Now I have to connect them with the extractor via HDMI 1 (eARC). The TV recognises that the HDMI slot is being used, but then reports that the Audio Extractor is not receiving any power, even though it is being powered via the USB port. What is going wrong here?
