I received an adapter with my two devices from Digitec.
They always have EU plugs.

Digitec supplied me with a CEE 7/17 to CH adapter. Unfortunately, however, it requires a CEE 7/7 to CH adapter. I had to order this separately.

Mine came with an EU plug. I had to buy an adapter separately at Jumbo. I did write a comment about this issue because it was a big inconvenience for me. They should clearly state that in descriptions.*Lost a day's work since I found out while in a remote area. But obliviously Digitec didn't remedy this. They ignore comments with negative feed back. I have commented on a bunch of items explaining something wrong and it is all just ignored. Well done, Digitec. I only buy here coz of the prices, but that might change soon.
