Hello, I want to connect 2 monitors with 2550x1550 each. One monitor is only recognised with 1820x1080. No matter which socket, no matter whether it is connected individually or both at the same time. The same monitor connected directly to the laptop is recognised correctly. What is the reason for this? Defect?

I have on Lenovo ThinkPad Hybrid (USB C) and that works

Can you clarify - are both monitors identical? Do they work properly when you only connect one of them? Have you tried to manually change from the recognized resolution to your preferred resolution?
