Hello, I'm interested in the product, but if I don't like it, do I have to pay more besides shipping? According to the return policy it says 10 % or from 5 CHF

That is correct, if the product received is opened, a discount of at least 10% will be charged, as we are then no longer allowed to sell the item as new.
