Hello, in this presentation you can see a magnificent "exploded" view of the parts that make up this mouse... But I don't see any access to the screws? Is this mouse intended to be dismantled so that it can be cleaned, dusted and maintained? If not, are there any in your mouse list? PS. I've set it to "wired mouse" and I still see "wireless" mice ...
Hello, I can only tell you that you can loosen one screw relatively easily. This is by the cable.
But after that the mouse cannot be opened. I suspect that there are other screws under the white slider. But these are not intended to be removed.
I would therefore say that it is not intended to open this mouse and clean it internally.
Unfortunately, I cannot answer your other questions.
Hi, taking the "mice" apart is certainly not the manufacturer's intention... but it would be nice if it was ;-) Purely from a sustainability point of view or as you like, for cleaning.
In my opinion, the "exploded view" is not a technical drawing but a marketing image. There are no screws shown, but they are certainly there.
As already described by 'cyrillbaum', there are screws under the (PTFE) sliding pads. Whether this makes the mouse easy to open remains questionable and I cannot answer this question. There are usually 'clips' or 'hooks' that hold the plastic parts together.
about "wired" or "wireless" mice:
meanwhile there are 'wireless' mice which can also be used as a wired mouse (e.g. Razer Naga pro, etc.). This may be the reason for the search result despite the filter setting: "wired".
