Hello, is it possible to switch off the RGB lighting by default without having to run the G-Hub software? Specifically, I want to connect the keyboard to my company laptop while I'm at home, but I don't have admin rights to install G-Hub.

Yes, you can turn off the backlight without having the G-Hub software installed.
At the top of the keyboard there is a brightness adjustment button that allows you to adjust the brightness in 5 steps until OFF.
