We also have this problem with our unit, especially with speech programmes. When we listen to pure music stations, the error occurs less or not at all. We contacted the manufacturer and received an update by e-mail, which unfortunately did not help either. We listen more to DAB+ or via Bluetooth.

I also had exactly this problem. I solved it successfully by replacing the device with a Pure. Recommendation to Digitec: Throw this piece of junk out of your range.

Unfortunately, the quality of the firmware is really subterranean.
Since the last update, at least DAB works stably, but my trust in the part is so low that I don't even want to connect it to the network anymore. A Trojan could be hiding in it...
