Hello, my Xpress Color C430W printer has stopped working. The message says to "change the waste toner box". When I clicked on the link, the item number was CLT-R406, but this number refers to the imaging drum, and there is no mention of the waste toner box. This is not clear to me. Please, thank you in advance for your help. Best regards.

Helpful answer

You can either buy a new waste toner box - or take the full one out, empty it yourself and put it back. I've already done the latter twice - but it's dirty work - the contents are dusty and can hardly be cleaned away.... It's best to wear a mask and disposable gloves and not in the living area...

I also had to replace an image drum recently: Every print had black streaks...

The waste toner container has a window that shows the fill level. Just by shaking the container, you can extend the running time a little. A new container "Inkadoo Compatible with Samsung CLT-W406/SEE / W406 waste toner container" is compatible with the C430W printer and costs CHF 17.90
